How many years has it been going?
This is a launch event to share the latest innovation in sales technology that gets right to the heart of successful selling – How to Build Sales Call Content with Electronic Sales Playbooks
What was the inspiration to start it?
Selling is a tough profession, with lots of demands on the people in it. We wanted help sales organisations at the rep level, to improve the morale of the sales team, the quality of their calls and replicate and map best-selling behaviours across the sales function. We saw that the unmet needs of the sales rep are down the list of reasons to invest in CRM. We know sales are made in quality call conversations. With electronic sales playbooks at their fingertips, we wanted to directly and personally help the sales rep to come in to their job with tools that keep them motivated to get on the next call and be successful. We like to say that CRM can record the new, but electronic sales playbooks can make the news for a sale rep in their job.
