Iconic Offices today announced they are set to open a state-of-the-art flexible workspace on Dublin’s ‘Iconic’ square, St. Stephen’s Green. Located opposite the park in the heart of Dublin’s business district, The Greenway will be the next instalment from Iconic Offices’ within the city. It will offer a professional, high-quality, creative and collaborative working environment.
Previously occupied by Eircom and Revenue Commissioners, Block C Ardilaun Court lay vacant for the last five years before Iconic Offices agreed to lease the entire building earlier this year, investing approximately €2 million in the refurbishment. The flexible workspace offers six floors of private office suites, dedicated desks and hot desking.
Founder & CEO, Joe McGinley said of the announcement this morning:
“We are really excited about the launch of The Greenway, our largest project to date. The location on St. Stephen’s Green is phenomenal and unrivalled in the market today. The overall design of The Greenway is unique and we are working with some really exciting indigenous and international artists to deliver a curious and creative space for some of Dublin’s most dynamic companies.”
Spanning over six floors, housing up to 500 people, The Greenway will grow the Irish owned Iconic Offices’ Irish market share to 35%. Their community, complemented by ongoing events and networking opportunities, is set to grow from 1,500 innovative members to 2,000+ in the Dublin market by 2018.
CCO, Althaea Federlein, made a further exciting announcement:
“As well as The Greenway offering six stories of exceptional workspace, we are thrilled to announce new and exciting amenities including the launch of our brand new cafe concept called VANDAL Coffee Co., an impressive 50 person cinema and event space, selection of stunning meeting spaces and an entire floor dedicated to coworking.”
