Deel sets Guinness World Records™ while redefining global hiring at scale

Deel, the global payroll and HR platform, has announced that they are the new Guinness World Records™ title holder for the Largest online hiring event, following its global virtual event, ‘Get Inspired, Get Hired’.

The record was set during a live virtual hiring event on the Zoom Workplace platform. The event brought together 6,848 professionals from around the world to learn about Deel’s growth, culture, and global career opportunities. This included more than 300 open sales roles available worldwide, including Ireland.

‘Get Inspired, Get Hired’ was designed to accelerate global hiring at scale. Following the event, attendees were able to apply immediately for open roles, with AI-powered initial interviews offered to all applicants. Supported by key collaborators – micro1,Covey, and Metaview – Deel is able to streamline and fast-track the hiring process by leveraging AI.

“This achievement reflects both the scale of our global community and our commitment to modernising how hiring works,” said Alan Price, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Deel. “We’re proud to have made history while creating faster, more accessible pathways for talent around the world to join Deel.”

The record-breaking event underscores Deel’s continued growth and its mission to unlock global talent by removing geographic barriers to opportunity.
