This Friday, Carphone Warehouse will opens the doors of their Grafton and Henry Street stores for the launch of Apple’s iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
The early launch will see Carphone Warehouse have expert staff on hand to talk customers through the specs of the new devices and answering any possible questions customers might have. Carphone Warehouse asked customers to answer a survey on the new Apple launch, this was available to answer through Carphone Warehouse’s pre-order service on www.carphonewarehouse.ie which went live last Friday, 19th September. The results provided an insight into what customers will be looking for once handset is officially launched in Ireland tomorrow.
Carphone Warehouse’s survey is based on the opinions of 340 customers, some of the interesting results below:
Colour of iPhone 6/iPhone 6 Plus:
Space Grey handset was the overwhelming choice with 64.71% of those asked to fill in the survey choosing this as a colour preference. White came in at second with 19.41% and Gold in at 15.88%.
Size of iPhone 6/iPhone 6 Plus:
Nearly 50% of customers would choose a 64GB capacity – exact data: 47.94%, this was nearly matched by those who want a 16GB with a response of 44.41% and finally only 7.65% would purchase the 128GB.
