Dublin’s latest coworking space has just been opened by Dublin BIC on 61 Dawson Street. Promising the most affordable spaces, with all mod cons, and a City Centre location, we spoke with Oonagh Fox from Dublin BIC to find out more.
What is Space@DublinBIC ?
Space@DublinBIC is a new co-working and private office solution for entrepreneurs, freelancers and start-ups.
Situated right in the city centre, on the first and second floors of 61 Dawson Street, Space@DublinBIC has the capacity for 200+ people.
When did it open?
Private offices opened in April and all 20 were snapped up very quickly. The co-working area opened in May and we have 60 desks – both dedicated desk and hotdesks.
Why should people co-work there?
Space is the newest, most affordable and most flexible co-working community in Dublin’s city centre! It was established by Dublin BIC in line with its mission to empower entrepreneurs to start and scale. As a public-private business support group, Dublin BIC works with state agencies and private sector investors to support entrepreneurs as they build the next generation of successful Irish businesses.
How much do the different spaces cost per month?
Space@DublinBIC has a range of options available. Dedicated desk, which comes with access to meeting rooms and storage facilities, are going for €375 per month. For those that like to hotdesk can get full access for €200 p.m. If you like maximum flexibility, you can buy five days a month for €59 (Space five-day pass).

– Facilities and Services – In the newly decorated, large and bright space, clients have access to 1GB WiFi, on-site café, storage facilities and meeting rooms.
