U.S. company Qualtrics announced it will create a further 100 jobs in Ireland bringing the total number of employees at the company to 250 by the end of 2016 - exceeding its original target of 150 jobs. Qualtrics, the leader in customer experience software, which employs over 150 people at its EMEA Headquarters in Dublin, today announced that it has won a series of prestigious industry awards, including Forbes 2016 Cloud 100, Fortune’s 40 Under 40 and G2 Crowd 2016 Survey Software Grid. The awards reiterate Qualtrics’ market-leading position in the fast-growing customer experience management industry, helping key brands in Europe like Pearson, Air-France KLM, Porsche, Salesforce and Virgin manage their critical customer experience journeys.

The Forbes 2016 Cloud 100 list profiles the world’s top private companies leading the cloud technology revolution. Qualtrics was ranked #12 on the inaugural list. Produced in collaboration with Bessemer Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures, the Cloud 100 recognizes cloud companies for the financial health and growth of their business alongside exceptional qualitative factors such as unprecedented customer adoption and satisfaction.
The Fortune 2016 40 Under 40 is Fortune’s annual ranking of the most influential young people in business, including disruptors, innovators, rebels and unicorns. Qualtrics CEO Ryan Smith ranked #12 on the 2016 list was profiled for his interesting life hacks. Former tech luminaries on the Fortune list include Mark Zuckerberg, Marissa Mayer, Jack Dorsey, Travis Kalanick, and Brian Chesky.
G2 Crowd, the world’s leading business software review platform, ranked Qualtrics as the number one survey software on its Fall 2016 Survey Software Grid report that helps businesses make the best technology buying decision. The G2 Grid rates products based on customer satisfaction and market presence. Qualtrics was named the leader in the report.
Qualtrics continues to grow, over half of Europe’s top 100 universities use Qualtrics and more than 1,500 European enterprises rely on Qualtrics technology. The company now has over 170 employees in Europe.
Last month the company opened a new, 150,000-square-foot headquarters in Provo, Utah. Instead of a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, Smith invited the Governor of Utah, Gary Herbert, to shoot the first basket on the company basketball court. The building is being called “tech’s boldest new headquarters” by Forbes.
Additionally, Qualtrics has U.S. offices in Dallas, Seattle, and Washington D.C., as well as international offices in Dublin, Ireland, London, U.K., and Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, Australia.
