When and where is it on?
On 29 November 2018, EasyPeasy Ltd. will be running their first event on Persuasive Design and the Science of Persuasion, Influence and Habit change. This event will run from 10am-6pm in The 5-Star Fitzwilliam Hotel.

How many years has it been going?
This is our first year.

What was the inspiration to start it?

The purpose of this event is to bring Irish businesses beyond the 4 Ps of marketing/sales and into the deep psychology of consumers.

This event gives all businesses the chance to radically improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing process and aims to bring Silicon Valley knowledge to Irish Business.


What exciting things can people look forward to?

EasyPeasy gives key people within a business’s organisation an opportunity to gain a vast knowledge of persuasive design, the systematic processes of it and how it can be applied to your business and the opportunity to distribute persuasion strategy’s across all sectors of your business.

Who will be speaking?
Veteran Innovator Manoj Chawla will be speaking on the day.

He is a full stack entrepreneur and has held senior and “C” level positions in companies such as ICI, Diageo, PWC, Accenture where he has held positions such as Chief Information Architect: VP Service Evolution, GM Business Transformation & Innovation, Director, Partnership & Innovation.

Manoj has worked with companies such as Microsoft, HP, Oracle, IBM and for clients such as Marks and Spencer, GE, British Gas and been responsible for building some of the most successful ventures and projects in those companies and their clients.

At BT he was awarded the largest prize ever given for his “New Idea”. Most recently, he recieved AngelHack’s mentor of the year award!

What tips would you give to people attending to get the most out of it?

It is important to bring your team along to ingrain these techniques into your organisation’s culture.
