How many years has it been going?
This is our first year.
What was the inspiration to start it?
I first read the Bitcoin whitepaper in 2014 and invested in the Ethereum crowd sale. In 2017, after attending a number of blockchain conferences in New York City and in the San Francisco Bay Area, I got really excited about what was going on with this ‘new internet’. There was a sense of being part of a genuine technological revolution and the opportunity to be part of it. Being Singaporean, I was especially intrigued to hear how often Singapore was being mentioned as a place to do ICOs. I later met Aditya from ZPX and Zhuang from XSQ, and together we set about to create this conference: which is our hope for Singapore to be part of this global conversation and revolution currently underway.
What exciting things can people look forward to?
Insights from some of the leading minds in the crypto / blockchain space, presentations from Blockstack and Cosmos: projects that could change the internet as we know it, discussions with distinguished venture capitalists such as Tim Draper on how blockchain is changing crowdfunding as a whole.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
Other than the great content over 2 days, we have a breakout area and booths where people can mingle and network. If you are interested in investing in a blockchain project, starting a blockchain project, there is no better way than to speak with the pros – many of whom will be attending!

Stay for all of it! Take notes. Bring your laptop so you can research the projects on the spot. Mingle. Bring your business card. Have an open mind!
