With many countries committing to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 or 2070, Craig gives his thoughts on whether or not this will even be possible and also discusses Clean Firm Energy, Carbon Infrastructure Partners’ vision for a global energy system.

About Craig

Craig is the President and Managing Partner at Carbon Infrastructure Partners, he has 18 years of experience in the financial and oil and gas industry and has been active in private equity fund management since 2007.

Before working at Carbon Infrastructure Partners, Craig worked as an investment banker with RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on equity finance and mergers and acquisitions for domestic and international oil and gas, oil sands and energy service companies.

About Shane

Shane is currently interning with Irish Tech News. He is in his third year of studying Journalism at NUI Galway where he also studies IT and has an interest in programming and web development.

He also likes to write about sport in his spare time. His main areas of interest are football, rugby and basketball. He is currently interning with Irish Tech News which will last for the duration of his third year in university.
