By @SimonCocking. Proffstore  is a new online marketplace, where international can cooperate with the talented Let’s connect!

Describe the company – the elevator pitch …

Created by Ukrainian developers, Proffstore.com is a new online freelance marketplace that connects worldwide clients with a highly skilled freelance community.

How are you different?

Proffstore offers “Premium IT Management (PIM)”, a unique service which protects employers from all risks associated with remote work. Premium IT Management (PIM) provides participating employers with a personal remote manager who oversees their project from inception to completion. The Premium IT Manager works with the client to outline project specifications before taking responsibility for all aspects of the project including setting project budgets, finding reliable freelancers, and determining completion time frames. Projects require partial pre-payment, with full payment due only after a project has been satisfactorily completed.

Why will the company / product do well?

“Ukraine is a country with more than a quarter million programmers and IT specialists,” said Igor Adarich, CEO and founder of Proffstore, “We hope to promote this pool of talent to international employers and attract freelancers worldwide. Our platform for on-demand app, web, and e-commerce development has tools that mitigate risk for both parties, and a one-of-a-kind service which eradicates all risk.”
“Unfortunately, many employers have had bad experiences with freelancers,” he adds, “But since our personal managers are fluent in English, and PIM fully removes risk, we are addressing the two biggest concerns we hear from companies hesitant to tap into this market, while providing savings in time and money, guaranteed quality, and a guarantee that project deadlines will be met, all for a small commission.”

Where are you based?

Kiev, Ukraine but we’re planning to open a representative office in The United States in the nearest future

When was the company launched?

June 2015 but we first introduced PIM earlier this year.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Philip Morris Ukraine, Fido and Euro Banks, and L’KAFA Group network of cafes are among Proffstore’s loyal clients, thanks to the PIM service. Within just 4 months of using PIM service, Philip Morris Ukraine has engaged more than 30 freelancers and released around 40 projects, while saving more than 1 mln USD.

What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?

PIM service is interesting and useful for businesses that are seeking for cost optimization and solid guarantees at the same time, from TNCs to SMEs that require teams of all kind of IT specialists, designers and marketers.

Tell us about your team?

Our team is not big but we are growing steadily. For now we have more than 30 people engaged in the marketplace development.

What are you long term plans for your product / company?

Proffstore.com aims at winning European and U.S. markets with its PIM service, expanding its platform and user base by making a complete redesign by the end of this year. We aim at becoming number one choice for companies and individuals who knows that time is money and realize the benefits of PIM over traditional outsourcing.
