If you need more flexibility, we also give you the power to customise and create your own wonderful careers site.

Describe the company – the elevator pitch …

HireHive is easy to use recruiting software that helps you manage your recruiting from start through to hire. With HireHive you can post your jobs to job boards and social media channels with just one click and most importantly manage all your candidates in one place. HireHive makes hiring easy.

How are you different?

We know recruiting – we have been in the recruiting business for years and know how difficult hiring the right people can be. We focus on ease of use so that managing the hiring process doesn’t need to be difficult.

Why will HireHive do well?

We already have a great customer base throughout Europe and in the US. The product works really well and we are continually developing it. We have great customers that share their feedback and we really take that on board and try to make the product better all the time.

Where are you based? How long will you stay there?

We are based on the South Mall in Cork city. We have just recently moved into the office there so have no plans to move at the moment. The office was an old library so has loads of character and great history behind it and there is a great cafe just downstairs. The broadband is good.

When was the company launched?

HireHive was under the Zartis brand until this year when we decided to make it a standalone product. Zartis was launched in 2011 by John Dennehy.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Working with major companies like Charity Water in the US and growing Irish companies like Currencyfair, Soundwave and Trustev has been great.

What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?

Our target market consists mainly of small to midsized companies that are quickly growing and in turn hiring. We work with companies in a wide variety of industries.

Tell us about your team?

We are a small team of developers, designers, marketers and business developers. There’s a really great team environment and everyone is genuinely passionate about the product that we’ve built. We are currently hiring a Business Development Executive so if you want to join a team that sells a great product take a look here  🙂

What are you long term plans for your product / company?

The plan is to scale. We have secured a great customer base so far – companies from around the world and we just want to keep growing that. We work with a diverse range of companies from charities in the US to tech companies hiring software developers and schools hiring teachers so there’s a huge opportunity to keep growing.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

My phone, Nikon camera and bluetooth keyboard for my tablet. Although I’m not a big gadget person I’d find it hard to choose one..and you did say ‘favourite tech gadgets’….
