If you’ve a problem with your BlackBerry the first thing to do is a battery pull.

 

With the device on remove the back cover and take out the battery for at least 30secs.

 

This should reset the device and will invariably fix most problems.

It’s always a good idea to do this after you’ve installed and app and it doesn’t hurt to do this once a month as well.
