Action Bowling 2 launches new Versus Mode on Android & iOS

Tribal City Interactive and Kronos Games Online have announced the introduction of “Versus Mode” to Action Bowling 2. The game has been rebuilt from the ground up with new high definition graphics, higher fidelity sound and realistic physics. Versus mode introduces six progressively more difficult AI bowling opponents, complementing the game’s existing pass-and-play and online multiplayer modes.

The latest update introduces six new characters to the game, who you can bowl against with increasing difficulty in your bowling alley of choice. Up to four players can pass-and-play for matches with friends. iOS Players can also go online using GameCentre and play opponents or friends around the world through turn-based gameplay.

Tribal City Interactive is an Independent Game Developer based in Galway. Together with Kronos Games Online in Los Angeles, USA, they have produced Action Bowling 2. The first version of the game, Action Bowling Free, was downloaded more than 40 Million times.

Announcing the update, Alan Duggan, CEO of Tribal City Interactive said “We listen closely to feedback from our players and work very hard to include their requests in our updates. Versus mode is something that we know lots of our players have wanted so we are really happy to say it’s now available in the latest update”

Versus mode is available now in Action Bowling 2 on iTunes and on Google Play. The Windows Phone 8 version will receive the Versus mode in the coming weeks. You can also follow the game on Twitter and Facebook.
