12 Days of Free Gifts

Update

Apple have today given an extra free gift to everyone that downloaded the 12 Days of Christmas app! Announced with “A gift to get you started” notification, app users can avail of a free download from iTunes, No Better by Lorde

Apple has again released it’s now annual Christmas giveaway app for iOS! Previously called 12 Days of Christmas the 12 Days of Gifts app is now available as a free download from the AppStore. The app can be downloaded from today for devices running iOS7 but free content won’t be made available until December 26th and then daily until January 6th.

You can download a free gift each day—songs, apps, books, movies, and more—with the 12 Days of Gifts app. Each day’s gift will only be available for 24 hours, so download the free app to make sure you don’t miss out. Please note: Not all content is available in all countries.

Once downloaded just follow the setup screen to select your iTunes Store location, then either accept or refuse the ‘Accept Notification’ option, personally I think this is one app that I will allow to automatically remind me when each free gift is available!

The app mentions movies being a part of the downloads this year with several references to movie rentals in the apps FAQs! Should be interesting to see what movie content will be made available.
