With Zipcoin, developing their new Zipco Remittance Platform.
The in house IT team has made great progress on our remittance platform and web application. We are fine-tuning the features and quality assurance is always at the centre of our product delivery solution. Customer service and satisfaction is part of our DNA. As a small player and new entrant to the remittance space; speed, reliability, transparency with our fees and our low to zero remittance fees cost structure while engaging our community at large are key value propositions for us.
Ability to engage and collaborate with our communities, church leaders and just ordinary folks off the streets its a blessing. We gather unfiltered information and this gives us the ability to connect intimately to our customers. Zipco Remit has identified a lot of gaps around remittance fees, business and technology space; and are providing ongoing awareness and education around the issues such as poor remit services, inconvenience, difficult onboarding process, security, speed, unresponsive customer support and the skyrocketed remit fees to the emerging markets of Africa and beyond.
The mass is tired and is looking for an alternative: Zipco Remit is disrupting the ecosystem. Our community liaisons speak the native language giving us a competitive advantage in positioning ourselves to these local markets. Closing or zipping language gap barriers while boosting digitalization in Africa is our calling. Learning more about our customer’s needs while having Tim Hortons coffee is rewarding, relaxing and beneficiary to us; this organic conversation gives us a big push for user adoption to our ZIPCO REMIT solution.
Remember, most of our employees grew up poor and receiving remittance money was a kiss from heaven. Today the same folks who used to receive money from family are now sending money to family.
Overall impact the remittance money brings to a family is huge and if ZIPCO REMIT can save $2, $5 and even more allowing our customers to send more to the family is remarkable. Cost matters so as customer satisfaction and money guarantees; our solution advocates for all that. We encourage our customers to be well informed and always look for options.
The team is very passionate and so as Kim Chivhima. One day, Kim was talking to one of our potential partners and the feedback from this C-Suite Executive was nothing but re-emphasis on the remit passion he just heard. Yes, the conversation was inspiring and reflecting the deep connection of low & transparency remittance to the mass and the community ZIPCO desires to serve.
In no minutes, a new partnership was born. Simple stories like these are being told and history is being made. We speak from the heart and this set us apart. We strongly believe that one has to experience the receiving and sending of remittance in order to realize the overall impact and special memories the remittance brings to family, community and beyond.
ZIPCO Remit platform is built with the aim of being simple to use, providing little to zero remit fees even for novice users.
