XAVATAR announces partnership with FEXCO to deliver first of a kind payment technology for the metaverse and beyond

Xavatar, the AI-driven entertainment tech company, has announced a partnership with Fexco Group to deliver landmark payment technology in the metaverse. The partnership will create a customer focused payments experience within the Xavatar created metaverse – the Xataverse.

The partnership will enable those that use The Xataverse to make transactions using a bespoke digital wallet based on Fexco payment technology. This is a key step for Xavatar as it continues to expand its presence in the real time visual sector.

The partnership announcement is the latest milestone for Xavatar following its debut at the Cannes Film Festival 2023 which featured a live production of their soon to be released TV series, “The Art of Movie Music”. The production featured filmmaker David Lynch and music icons Donovan, Elvis Costello, George Clinton (Parliament) and Redman, in partnership with Planet X Studios and The David Lynch Foundation, the Xavatar team showed off their ability to animate in real-time and mesmerized an audience of entertainment leaders.

Hosted by the American Pavilion and powered by HP, UnReal Engine and Be Earth Foundation, “The Art of Movie Music is an animated, variety talk show about movies and music.  Which can be accessed via terrestrial TV, and entered via the Xataverse (web, tablet, mobile) and even listed to via radio.

Brought to life by Xavatar’s proprietary IP, created by cutting-edge AI based real-time animation technology, this multimedia production crosses platforms using storytelling mixed with gamified experiences within a social connected metaverse, that allows the audience to actively participate with celebrities talking about movies and music. The audience can then explore the show’s locations, have interactive experiences with celebrities, social networking, and 3D retail experiences throughout. With Fexco’s help, Xavatar will launch a game changing digital wallet and token which will break down the walls and remove the pain from digital payment methods while providing a safe, easy transaction system throughout the Xataverse as well as real world shopping and entertainment experiences

Kevin Sharpley COO of Xavatar said:

“When we envisioned the concept of the Xataverse and the accompanying payment system, Fexco helped us to understand the mechanics and together, we were able to integrate what this process will be for the greater ecosystem that encapsulates our immersive experience of The Xataverse. We feel this revolutionary tool will allow people the opportunity to best integrate with our show “The Art of Movie Music” and our other upcoming offerings both in the digital and real world and ultimately save everyone time and money. Xavatar couldn’t have a better partner than Fexco on this exciting journey.”

Karl Aherne COO of Fexco said:

“We are delighted to announce Fexco’s partnership Xavatar, as they build on their success to date and continue to explore new innovations in experiential content consumption. The metaverse offers an exciting new opportunity for fintech innovations. This partnership allows us to leverage Fexco’s decades of experience in cutting-edge payments technology and the expertise of the Xavatar team to deliver an unparalleled customer focussed payment experience within the Xavatar metaverse and online.”
