The Bláthú workshop for female professionals is set to take place for one day in Killarney, County Kerry on March 22nd and is dedicated to achieving balance in health, wealth, and personal growth.
The event will be held at The Dromhall Hotel on the Muckross Road and is designed to provide tools and strategies for women to succeed holistically, with a focus on sustainable growth and empowerment.
Following on from its recent success in Limerick, Bláthú brings together a lineup of industry experts who share insights and practical steps to help attendees grow in both personal and professional realms. Speakers on the day include:
Leah McMahon – Financial Advisor with Castle Capital
Specialising in wealth management and financial independence, Leah will guide participants in taking control of their financial future with smart strategies.
John McNamara – Performance Coach
Known for his motivational approach, John will share powerful techniques to enhance mindset, boost productivity, and achieve work-life balance.
Laís Miyadaira – Owner of Sweatbox Limerick Gym and Fitness Coach
As a fitness expert, Laís will provide practical advice on prioritising health, building lasting habits, and integrating wellness into a busy life.
Grace Alice O’Shea – Award-Winning Educator, Author and Podcaster
As a relationship and intimacy expert, Grace will provide practical advice on intimacy, relationships and body confidence.
Financial Coach and Bláthú Organiser, Leah McMahon, said:
“We are really excited to bring Bláthú to Kerry. We had a wonderful workshop in Limerick and it’s refreshing to see so many capable professional females taking the time to invest in themselves. Beyond learning, Bláthú offers the opportunity for attendees to connect with like-minded women.

On the day, registration begins at 11.45 am with the event starting at 12 pm. Complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries will be served.
Tickets are €40 excluding a booking fee. They are limited so booking in advance is advised, via EventBrite.
