Nick Hedderman and John Corley - 21 January 2026 - London, UK
Spanish Point Technologies, a software engineering company and founding Microsoft Partner, has announced the expansion of its UK operations following 31% compound annual revenue growth (CAGR) between FY23 and FY25. Building on a strengthened Microsoft partnership, Spanish Point Technologies is expanding its UK operations to deliver Microsoft’s AI Transformation Programme, helping enterprise organisations modernise their data platforms to design, develop and scale AI applications.
Spanish Point has been selected as one of only three partners in the UK authorised to deliver Microsoft’s AI Transformation Programme, highlighting its recognised expertise in AI, cloud, and enterprise-scale digital transformation. The 20-day AI Transformation programme includes a structured AI assessment, customer workshops, and evaluation of proposed AI use cases, alongside Microsoft’s funding assessment, a proposed implementation roadmap, and an estimated return on investment. This expansion strengthens Spanish Point’s capacity to deliver complex cloud and AI programmes to clients. Spanish Point’s clients include the likes of Business Growth Fund (BGF), Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), and Totalmobile, now spanning 13 markets across Europe and North America.
John Corley, CEO of Spanish Point Technologies, said: “Our UK expansion reflects long-term investment in our engineering capability, IP-led product strategy, and deep Microsoft expertise. As organisations scale AI and cloud initiatives, they need partners with proven experience in delivering complex enterprise programmes. With dedicated UK leadership, including our recently appointed Head of Sales and a strong track record in digital transformation, we are well-positioned for the next phase of growth.”
Nick Hedderman, UK&I Channel Lead, Microsoft, added: “Spanish Point Technologies combines deep engineering expertise with innovative solutions to help organisations translate cloud and AI investments into real business outcomes. Their expanded UK presence, backed by local leadership and delivery capability, means customers can modernise core systems, scale AI initiatives, and accelerate digital transformation with confidence.”
Founded in 2005 by CEO John Corley and Chairman Donal Cullen, Spanish Point Technologies specialises in cloud, data, AI and business application solutions. Its digital transformation business helps organisations modernise core systems and workplaces, translating technology investment into measurable operational improvements. Over the past two years, Spanish Point Technologies has added 50 employees, bringing its team to 110, while expanding its product portfolio through IP-driven innovation.
The UK digital transformation market is forecast to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27.7% by 2030, reaching USD 235.69 billion. As organisations increasingly adopt AI and advanced analytics to enhance collaboration, automate processes, and make faster, data-driven decisions, there is strong demand for partners that can deliver practical, enterprise-scale solutions. Spanish Point Technologies meets this demand by leveraging Microsoft Azure to provide end-to-end services, including cloud infrastructure, AI and machine learning, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and secure, compliant data management with Microsoft Purview.
Looking ahead, Spanish Point Technologies plans continued investment in R&D, talent development, and long-term partnerships to support sustained growth across the UK.
