1 min pitch for what you are doing now?

Running a corporate responsibility and social impact consulting firm. We are doing our best to pushing corporations to be bolder and more progressive.

How was the last year, what worked well, what didn’t move as quickly as you would have liked?

Honestly, it was a brilliant year. With the political climate in the US we have seen corporations take a much stronger stand on major social issues. That has led to several key engagements for my consulting firm additionally we have opened an office in Chicago and looking to open a small office in London all good things.

What are your plans for the future?

Continue growing my business, writing a book and hopefully traveling to amazing places.

What will you be talking about at this event?

Specifically I will be focusing on how impact investors/family offices should be considering investing in Blockchain for their portfolios and their future.

What inspired you to attend it?

Because blockchain technology is super vital to the global development space and should be considered as integral to helping organizations work towards meeting and exceeding the sustainable development goals. Given that I am excited to dig in and learn from my fellow speakers.

Which influencers and websites do you follow to keep up to date with the latest developments?

The following are all good resources:

https://blockchainforsocialimpact.com/, https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/sites/gsb/files/publication-pdf/study-blockchain-impact-moving-beyond-hype.pdf, Aunnie Patton Power, https://consensys.net/social-impact/ and https://bit.ly/2I67tMz

How can people find out more about what you are working on?

You can learn much from my company’s website: http://www.mcpstrategies.com

Anything else you’d like to add / we should have asked?

Just that I’m super excited to present and meet all those attending.
