Update: Week 2 Competition – #IrishTechNews Giveaway Thanks to @SamsungIreland

Update: And the winner of our Week 2 Giveaway is……… Craig (@croxcrue).

Please drop me an email on John@IrishTechNews.net with your details and we’ll organise getting the prize out to you.

Once again thanks to the guys at Samsung who put forward this excellent prize and thanks to everyone who took part. Stay tuned for the Week 3 competition which is coming shortly.

Last week we announced overall details of our fantastic 3 weeks of giveaways. We reached 5000 followers on Twitter and to celebrate we wanted to give something back to you!

We kicked things off last Wednesday with our Week 1 competition which saw the fantastic climote Hub up for grabs.

Today though we kick off our Week 2 competition. This week, the excellent prize on offer is the Samsung WB350F Smart Camera.

This compact zoom camera comes with 21x optical zoom capabilities and a 23mm Wide Angle Lens, allowing users to create images with striking depth and detail. Whether zooming in on a subject from distance, or capturing wide landscapes, the device delivers sharp detail and bright images on every shot.

The WB350F is packed with a host of smart modes to help users get the best results every time and is the ideal companion for those who want an elegant and impressively equipped camera. Its compact, leather-feel shell comes in three colours and houses a suite of state-of-the-art settings and technology.

The WB350F has an impressive 16MP BSI CMOS sensor, eliminating the need to use a flash at inopportune moments or at events – as the superior sensor needs less light than its conventional counterparts, without sacrificing image quality.

To be in with a chance of winning this exceptional prize, you need to be following @Irish_TechNews on Twitter and you need to ReTweet the following tweet:

Important: Last week during our climote competition, we had a lot of people retweet the wrong tweet and missed out on entering. While retweeting other reminders about the competition is very welcome and much appreciated, you need to retweet the tweet embedded above to be in with a chance of entering!

The competition will run for 1 week from today and is only open to people with an address in Ireland. A winner will be picked at random from all the valid entries next week after this competition closes.

Thanks to all our readers and followers for your continued support and thanks to Samsung for supplying us with such an excellent prize.
