One of the speakers at the two day conference is Richard Blythman the Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Naptha.AI, a startup building open, decentralised infrastructure for the next generation of AI.

He previously co-founded Algovera, one of the earliest players in the decentralised AI sector, and holds a PhD in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. His experience spans from building generative models and digital avatars in Big Tech, to leading research on fluid dynamics, multi-agent coordination, and privacy-preserving AI systems.

At Naptha, Richard is exploring how decentralised agent networks could reshape everything from software development to data ownership, and why open standards like MCP are key to unlocking that future.
