Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) who operate a global delivery services centre in Ireland, announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ABB to strengthen the two companies’ strategic collaboration across IT infrastructure and applications, digital and industrial AI initiatives, data centres, and other emerging technologies. The MoU reflects the Parties’ shared intent to drive innovation, operational resilience, and sustainable growth through a long-term partnership approach.
The partnership combines ABB’s industrial leadership with TCS’ advanced AI, data, and engineering capabilities to enable next-gen infrastructure and enterprise applications
As part of the MoU, the Parties will combine ABB’s leadership in electrification and automation with TCS’ global technology and delivery capabilities in the following key collaboration areas:
