STATION F, the world’s largest startup campus, announced today that it will host the second edition of “F for Femme”, the leading European conference promoting female entrepreneurship and gender diversity in the tech ecosystem, on October 6th.
After the success of the first edition with speakers like Jessica Livingston and Alice Bentinck, “F for Femme” 2021 will be a major occasion to hear from inspirational talks highlighting incredible women on various subjects including SpaceTech, HealthTech or Climate Change.
“Highlighting women in tech is crucial to foster the emergence of female role models and encourage more and more women to follow this path. We now have more than 45% of female-founded companies in five of our startup programs. We want to push this forward as diversity is one of STATION F’s core values since day one”, said Roxanne Varza, STATION F’s Director.
First speakers include: Claudie Haigneré, astronaut, she was the first French woman to visit the International Space Station. – Claire Novorol, co-founder of Ada Health, AI-powered healthcare app. – Aude Guo, co-founder of InnovaFeed, a biotechnology company and leading insect producer for animal and plant nutrition.
New speakers and the full program will be announced in the coming weeks. F For Femme will take place on October 6th at STATION F and will be a free, invitation-only event thanks to the support of Enfuce I IDEMIA, who will have a dedicated booth, and TikTok. The event will also be accessible online thanks to Hopin.
Guests can request an invitation on STATION F’s website.
