What is myfairtool?

myfairtool is an online platform helping companies exhibit at trade shows efficiently. With our set of tools, exhibitors reduce their expenses and workload, increase their follow-up speed and ultimately maximize their return on investment.

How is myfairtool different?

myfairtool is the only platform covering the entire exhibitor journey, from early planning 6 months before a show to lead capture at the event and late follow-up & monitoring months after the fair.

We assist exhibitors and make sure nothing is forgotten: budgeting & planning, managing marketing collateral, setting up appointments, promoting the booth, scanning business cards, capturing leads, following-up, monitoring progress, tracking individual targets and so on.

Exhibitors love myfairtool because it arms them with tools for success. What have been your biggest wins to date?

We had some great success at VINEXPO 2016 and are the official partners of Connect16, the eventprofs leading trade show in Dublin, Ireland, where we provide full support to all exhibitors and participate in building the future of the events industry.

We also recently won PitchPerfect in Hong Kong and are finalists of the Event Technology Awards.

 

What type of people is myfairtool made for?

myfairtool serves companies exhibiting at trade shows that have difficulties managing their event or struggle tracking their results. We also help organizers satisfy their clients by providing them with tools for success that will enhance their loyalty. Overall, we believe in upgrading the trade show industry and work with all the various players in this field to achieve our goal.

Tell us about your team?

We have a team of dynamic and polyvalent young people. Our strength is for each team member to mix market knowledge with marketing skills and tech abilities.

What are you long term plans for myfairtool?

myfairtool’s ambition is to solve exhibitors issues – we want to provide a comprehensive solution companies wouldn’t go to a trade show without.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

We are quite fan of Buffer – even using the free version you can do amazing things! Hootsuite would be number 2 on our list and SendInBlue would be a good number 3.

What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?

We are looking forward to the future of bots for enhanced customer experience, improved customer service and smarter devices.
