Of course the main talking point was always going to be the new AppleWatch.
available in a myriad of styles, finishes and above all price the AppleWatch looks like the next must have from Apple!
Prices will be (in UK)
Preorders for the watches start April 10th in the US, UK, China, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and Hong Kong. Though the watch isn’t available until April 24th.
Also unveiled today was the new MacBook, not as suspected an update to the Air.
There’s just a single USB Type-C connector, which is the smaller reversible connection that’s starting to make its way to tablets and phones this year. Existing USB accessories or USB keys won’t plug straight into the new 12-inch MacBook Air, instead you’ll need to use wireless connections to exchange files or an adapter. Apple’s single MacBook connector supports power, DisplayPort, VGA, data, and HDMI. Apple focused on wireless connectivity using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth during its press event today, and the company will sell VGA and HDMI adapters separately, meaning only DisplayPort, charging, and USB 3.1 connectivity is supported natively through the single port.
