We look at the new book by Allison Walsh, She Believed She Could: Show Up, Shine Bright, and Achieve Abundant Success. See more about it here.
The author Allison Walsh has an impressive personal story which may help to inspire some young female readers in particular. Not for the first time we have heard Atomic Habits referred to as a source of inspiration. So too for this author too. You could say this is her spin on those thoughts and insights, it is clearly becoming a generation influencing book.
Will this book fare as well? This book might do particularly well among those who are already fans of her work and following her across other platforms. For those who know less about her, there are lots of good insights, the challenge may be how this book differentiates itself from other ones out there. It is a crowded market and lots of people are offering advice, it is all pretty good, but how do you ensure that this is the book that someone picks up from the bookshop, either physical or digital?
We are nudging some of our younger, female reviewers to have a look at this book, some though are already following their preferred influencers via other platforms, and also possess copies of Atomic Habits too. A tough market perhaps these days to be aiming to inform and inspire.
