Packed Seminar Programme Announced for Cenex-LCV2021 and Cenex-CAM2021

Cenex has announced the seminar programme for this year’s Cenex-Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV2021) and Cenex-Connected Automated Mobility (CAM2021) events.

Bringing together an international audience focused on the latest innovations in low carbon transport and connected mobility, the seminar programme ranges across all relevant topics.

It includes speakers from major OEMs including Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan and Toyota, leading service providers such as AVL, E.ON Drive, and Transport for London, cutting edge technology companies such as Britishvolt, StreetDrone and Oxbotica, and core supporting organisations including Innovate UK, APC and Cenex itself.

The extensive programme is a hybrid of in-person and virtual seminars, with online sessions running throughout the event week of Monday 20 to Friday 24 September, and in-person seminars taking place at UTAC Millbrook Proving Ground, 22 & 23 September. The online programme can be viewed here, and the in-person programme can be viewed here.

Topics Featured in the Seminar Programme Include

—  Tackling the Future Challenges for EV Charging
—  Strengthening the PEMD Supply Chain
—  Unlocking the Potential of 5G
—  Engineering Next-Generation Highly Automated Vehicles
—  Decarbonising HDVs
—  V2G Deep Dive
—  Hydrogen for Transport

Registration for sessions and events is now open here.

Robert Evans, CEO of Cenex, says, “Cenex is hugely excited to be running such an excellent programme of seminars at LCV2021 and CAM2021. With both automated electric and shared mobility at the heart of the green revolution, attendees can expect to hear thought-provoking visions of the EV future, in-depth insight into the technologies that are going to take us there, and real-world experiences of how these technologies are being tested and implemented.

“A key aim of the events is to promote and showcase innovation, from prototypes through to commercialisation, and this programme of seminars addresses every part of that process. We believe that by supporting early-stage R&D at events such as these, the UK auto community can industrialise low carbon and connected vehicle technologies to create a wealth of new jobs and stimulate economic growth for decades to come.”
