See Neil O’Brien, top business and sports coach speaking at SmarterEgg November 17th

By @SimonCocking. There are a few tickets still available for the Smarter Egg event and people can book here . We chatted with Neil O’Brien to get an insight into what he will be talking about on the night. Check out his talk on youtube below too which is pretty entertaining as well!

Brief background on me ….

I took the first job I was offered straight from school and hid in it for 22 years.

Then, at 40 years of age, I decided to come out into the open to act on what I hoped was my potential. So I discovered an internal source of ambition, excitement and energy for the first time. I set up Time To Fly in 1998, 18 years ago and passed my 40 year working mark last week.

What inspired me to speak at this event ….

Human potential is my core area of speaking and coaching. While I have no regrets, my wish is that other people start on the right road before they are 40.

Why will it be helpful for people to attend? What will they get out of it?

They will get hope and reassurance that maybe they can do the same someday and secondly I’ll give them the best place to start. Because most people start in the wrong place.

Who has inspired me…?

Well I could list all sorts of well-known people here who followed their dream but actually the

person I admire most is my wife Angela. She discovered her path really early, followed it passionately, made a really successful business from it and then gave it all up to raise our two kids. Now she is starting again to find her way back, magnificent commitment and effort.

Anything else …..

“If you know what you are you’ll know what to do”.

Where can people see more?

I’m happy to share this info at the Smarter Egg event at The White Horse, Ballincollig, Cork on the 17th November, people have to attend to find out more…! Alternatively visit my website or follow me on twitter @Neilobriencoach.
