Samsung Ireland Refreshes ‘Samsung Run’ App ahead of Night Run 2015

Ahead of the fourth Samsung Night Run event taking place on 26th April, Samsung have announced a refresh of its Samsung Run app. The app acts as a personal training log and help users discover new running routes nearby.

The app houses a host of specially created content to help the user prepare for the race at the end of April. Users can make detailed training plans and keep track of progress with the app, which awards special badges for when you reach a goal and gentle encouragement when you don’t.

Commenting at the launch of the app, Linda Nolan, head of marketing, Samsung Ireland, “We’re thrilled to give Irish runners a unique training app in their preparation for the fourth Samsung Night Run event. With less than five weeks to go to the race on Sunday 26th April, I urge all those currently registered or hoping to do so, to download this app and get training!”

There are select prizes to be won across the interactions with the app including the brand new Samsung Galaxy S6.

The app is available to download for Android smartphones from the Google Play Store here
