Ricoh Ireland’s Document Production Centre proud to support LauraLynn’s fundraising activities

Ricoh Ireland announces that its Document Production Centre, located in Glasnevin in Dublin, supports LauraLynn’s fundraising activities by providing a dedicated print service and producing a wide range of print materials.

This partnership means that the hospice can dedicate more resources to providing care for children with life-limiting conditions and a range of practical, emotional and therapeutic supports to their families.

By using a trusted provider which offers a cost-effective print package, LauraLynn saves money on production and delivery. Not only that but Ricoh Ireland knows the print and design requirements of LauraLynn which prevents the organisation from having to engage a new provider for every campaign.

Used for many of its major events throughout the year, these high-quality promotional and marketing products – including programmes, menus, brochures, booklets, leaflets, posters, occasion cards and pop-up banners – also help the charity to engage more donors, upon whom it relies for funding, and contribute to its legacy.

Through its experienced team and cutting-edge technology, Ricoh Ireland provides professional, tailored support to LauraLynn when required. Certified to the highest level – including QMS ISO9001: 2015, EMS ISO14001: 2015 and ISMS ISO27001: 2013 – the Ricoh Ireland team at the Document Production Centre provides LauraLynn with in-depth expertise and ensures quick turnaround times on print projects.

This partnership also goes beyond print solutions for events, marketing and fundraising. Ricoh Ireland team members volunteer for the hospice and donate gifts for the children and their families. This multi-layered, personal approach has contributed greatly to the work LauraLynn does.

Claire Shiels, Corporate Fundraiser, LauraLynn, added: “The services Ricoh Ireland provides are invaluable and the support is phenomenal. Whether it’s our new batch of Christmas cards or pop-ups for our next event, the depth of what they offer is incredible, the service is professional and the quality is always fantastic. We don’t know what we’d do without them.

“As a charity, it’s important for us to build strategic partnerships that enable us to maximise our reach and resources. Having a partner such as Ricoh Ireland, who knows and understands us, as well as the work we do, is hugely beneficial. Every year, we know they will provide us with a level of support that saves us considerable time and money.

“The cost of a courier or the time needed to pick a brochure design – these are small things but they make a big difference to us as a charity. Ricoh Ireland manages these activities so that we can spend our resources on making a real difference.”

Gary Owens, Manager, Document Production Centre, Ricoh Ireland, said: “LauraLynn is an incredibly special organisation and we are honoured that we can support them in this way. Our solutions and services are perfectly fitted to provide the collateral they need to run their events and spread awareness. We take great pride in producing and delivering these materials because of the impact it has and the value it adds for the charity.

“The team is also honoured to be involved in fundraising and volunteering for the organisation. It is such a worthwhile cause and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very important to us as an organisation – it’s why we offer staff two volunteering days per year and work closely with Business in the Community. It means a lot to people in Ricoh Ireland to be able to give back to the wider community.”
