Renaissance Cyber Expo going Regional in April

On 29th November 2017, Renaissance welcomed 600+ delegates from around the world into the IMI for the first Cyber Expo Ireland. Responding to market pressure and increased customer demand to understand practical solutions and to avoid or recover from cyber-attacks, Renaissance is delighted to announce the return of Cyber Expo Ireland in 2018.

Cyber Expo Ireland will be visiting 3 regional cities during April 2018 – starting with Cork on the 10th April, moving to Limerick on 11th April and concluding in Belfast on 12th April. The 2018 schedule will then close with the annual national event in November 2018 returning to the Irish Management Institute in Dublin.

Michael Conway, Director at Renaissance explains ‘The response we got from the whole security ecosystem after our inaugural event last November was that this was an event that had been badly needed in the industry, and not just in Dublin. It was clear there was a demand across the whole of Ireland, and so we really appreciate that our vendors and media partner, Sunday Business Post, are supporting us to make this happen”.

Renaissance will again bring together key global leaders in the cyber solutions space. These 3 ½ day sessions (8am-1pm) will concentrate on market leading security solutions from specialist security vendors. In keeping with the Security Ecosystem theme, the Regional Expos will be open to both End Users and Resellers in the Irish market. Value added Resellers are welcome to assess the products and solutions and gauge best fit for their portfolios, while SMB and Corporate Users can see first-hand how they can apply Data Security and Compliance solutions within their organisations to develop and deliver their GDPR strategy, manage their many regulatory requirements and generally understand what they can do to mitigate security risks to their business.
