We caught up with Florian Heger to find out about his startup, Introbrand, and how his ingenious platform is helping businesses produce engaging animation for their brands.

Describe the company as an elevator pitch.

Introbrand is an online video animation maker website where users can create customizable short-form video animations incorporating their own logo. Basically people can make a logo that’s a video.

It enables anybody to create a professional-looking logo animation, YouTube video intro, animated logo outro, logo reveal or animated promo messages, in just a few clicks and in less than 3 minutes. There’s no software download necessary.

Having an engaging video intro, outro or logo animation for branding or finalizing online video media productions is crucial. These short video snippets act as a digital business card, leaving an impression on millions of viewers.

At Introbrand we baked a branding, design and animation studio into one online animation maker web-service that is fast, easy-to-use and affordable.

Check out our how-it-works video below:

How are you different?

We exclusively specialize in professional-quality video branding elements and animated design templates.

Our own library of customizable motion graphic animations contains the most essential elements needed for video branding and beefing up any video production, promo campaign or presentation.

Traditionally, video producers had to hire an expensive motion designer or animation studio and then wait for days or weeks to get a logo animation or video intro.

People with small budget had no other choice than downloading some software template from large online marketplaces, damaging their business with amateurish looking animations. Think of the millions of blinking and jittering text animations or lengthy 3D company logo animations flooding YouTube nowadays.

Introbrand’s animation maker contains only templates that are crafted by experienced senior designers, to ensure professional-grade quality. We provide multiple video resolutions for export, on a simple pay-as-you-go base.

Why will you do well?

More and more companies and individuals start creating video content nowadays. Everybody can run a global video and marketing campaign right off a laptop.

But most people don’t know how and where to get started with logo animation or video intros, so they publish either “naked” videos without any animated graphics or amateurish self-made animations that are badly damaging their reputation.

Introbrand empowers regular people to create engaging animations that look like a big brand’s production.

We believe that it’s a great moment in time right now to stand out from the online video mish-mash with a short, clear and professional-looking animated logo or video intro.

Where are you based?

Introbrand was set up as a location-independent digital startup. It all started in Zurich, Switzerland, but most of the time we’re travelling and working at inspiring places around the globe.

When was the company launched?

There was no official launch date, but our website went live in October 2017 after one year of development.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

When we envisioned our online video animation maker tool, at first we thought it would be impossible to realize the idea, but when we finally found a technical solution, it was a major success for us.

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

Everybody who wants to use videos for building and growing their business or personal brand. Mostly beginner to semi-professional video makers, prosumers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, sole-traders, YouTubers, vloggers or startups.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Just to be prepared that building a business might be much harder and much more work than initially calculated.

Tell us about your team?

Introbrand was started and founded by Florian Heger, collaborating with former senior motion design colleagues and freelance providers around the globe, there’s no fixed team at this point.

What are your plans for the future?

Become the best motion graphics focused video animation maker cloud service available.
Create more animations and build an international team of motion design artists.

How do people get in touch with you?

Drop us your message via email or via our website.

We’re also available on Twitter or Facebook and LinkedIn.
