Describe the company – the elevator pitch …
PRinaBox.com is the first online, interactive platform where small businesses can generate press coverage, social media, source press and influencer contacts and monitor the success of their campaigns, all with the support and knowledge of PR professionals at a fraction of the cost of a PR agency.

How are you different?
There are other online platforms that provide aspects of what we do but nowhere brings them all together. PRinaBox.com also has the added benefit of having a PR team on hand to guide our users through making headway in promoting their businesses.
Why will the company/product do well?
We are cost effective for small businesses, the platform works in every country around the world and our media database is global too.
If your pitch sounds scripted when you talk to other people, then you’re not going to convince them that you really believe in your brand. pic.twitter.com/fyJKWDyKrP

Where are you based?
The office is based in London but we have team members spread all around the world.
When was the company launched?
The original business was launched in 2016 but the new interactive dashboard went live in June 2017.
What have been your biggest wins to date?
We secured investment in 2016 from a fantastic investor who is extremely supportive of the work that we do and is actually married to a PR so has hands on experience. Following that, launching the new interactive dashboard and getting great feedback from our users has not only helped us to shape the offering but also reassures us that the technology works across all industries.
What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?
PR in a box works for small and large businesses alike and is also being used by PR agencies. Having said that, we market mainly to SME’s who don’t have the budget to spend on an agency but are keen to see their brand in the media.
Tell us about your team?
We currently have a team of 7 who have either a PR or a tech background. We are always building our customer service team to ensure that users get a good quality experience when using the site.
What are your long term plans for your product/company?
We are organically attracting users in the US and would like to open an office there within the next 12 months. Our new app launches in September and we are continuously adding to our offering to ensure we are the only product our users need for all things communications related.
What are your favourite tech gadgets?
Without sounding cliché, I couldn’t live without my phone. I’m always out and about and it allows me to stay connected to clients 24/7. Something a little bit less obvious is my robot lawn mower. It’s almost like having a pet in the garden and means that I never have to worry about having a messy lawn when I go away.
What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?
I’d love something that helps me to be in different countries more easily. There are so many great conferences and events all round the world that I miss because of my schedule so it if was easier to get to places round the world without a plane then I’d be happy. I’m a bit of an eco geek so anything that helps me to monitor energy consumption, loss and generation at my house then I could mess about with that for hours. My contacts are so important to me so I’d love something that constantly keeps them up to date, pulls info from social media and updates emails automatically when people change jobs.
