Today is an exciting day around Irish Tech News towers! Just in time for our 4th Birthday celebrations, we are announcing the first major expansion of our team.
We’ve built Irish Tech News from the ground up. We’ve listened to our readers over the last four years and fine tuned our content so everyday when they login, they are being served news and features they love to read.
Smartphones, Tablets and Apps are still the cornerstone of the news we cover but we are also passionate about helping the local Startup and SME community get coverage of their huge success stories.
Our Business Showcase section has become a phenomenal success and continues to go from strength to strength. It introduces our readers to new and existing companies and products while also offering those businesses the platform to show off their wares!
Now, on the crest of a wave, we feel the time is right to expand our team and start covering new and exciting material, all of which we know our current readers will enjoy and new readers will find hugely beneficial.
The additions to our team are not random.
They’ve been selected because of their proven track record of producing engaging and insightful content. We believe they are at the top of their game and we’re really excited to have them onboard as Irish Tech News progresses to the next level.
Joining myself, Gordon and Michael from today will be:
Aine Bermingham from Utter Digital
Aine has built a hugely successful company teaching individuals and companies the advantages of and the techniques behind successful blogging, social media and digital marketing for your business. In between delivering training courses and speaking at conferences, Aine produces articles covering tips and tricks, case studies and best in class methods for making your company a success. You can follow Aine on Twitter here.
Mark Dalton from 60 Second Social
After initially starting the technology news site ” Technologi Tab”, Mark soon realised that his passion lay in Social Media and Digital Marketing. From this realisation, 60 Second Social was born. Mark now provides in-depth analysis of all the latest trending topics while also offering his insight into Digital Marketing strategies. You can follow Mark on Twitter here.
Neal McQuaid from NealMcQuaid.com
An avid and hugely experienced climber, Neal can include achievements such as a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and being a qualified secondary school teacher to his resume. Having worked in the IT/ Mobile & Wireless industry for several years he can now offer a unique viewpoint into these categories. You can follow Neal on Twitter here.
We’d like to thank all of our readers for making this expansion a possibility and we hope you’ll extend a warm welcome to our new members.
