ParTech, Inc. (PAR), a leading global provider of point of sale (POS) and workforce efficiency solutions to the restaurant and retail industries, announced today a new partnership with Open Dining, an online ordering solution. ParTech, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR).
Open Dining is designed for restaurant customers to boost revenues and profitability through the web, mobile, and social ordering. Around the core ordering solution, Open Dining provides a suite of integrated tools to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. The platform is highly flexible and customisable while providing an expansive feature set to achieve results for customers.
This technology partnership will allow PAR’s cloud-based Brink POS® software to seamlessly connect with Open Dining’s online ordering solution and push orders directly into the Brink POS system, instead of having to enter orders manually.
“The integration between Open Dining and Brink POS will help restaurants remain competitive in today’s landscape and provide their customers with an excellent dining experience,” said Tim Ridgely, CEO, Open Dining. “We’re thrilled to work with PAR to deliver best-of-breed technology solutions for our mutual customers.”
“We are pleased to welcome Open Dining to Brink’s large and growing partner ecosystem,” said Paul Rubin, Chief Strategy Officer, ParTech, Inc. “We believe that our customers benefit from having a choice in partners. With online ordering growing rapidly in the restaurant industry, this partnership will benefit Brink users and restaurant operators by streamlining operations, reducing labor cost, improving efficiency, and reducing error rates.”
