Owen McFeely, Director, PwC Ireland Retail & Consumer Practice appears on my latest Irish Tech News podcast

PwC released their Global consumer survey earlier this week and it revealed how the COVID-19 pandemic is changing urban consumer purchasing habits and behaviours and how global disruption has forced the acceleration of a more digital way of life.

Ronan talks to Owen McFeely, Director, PwC Ireland Retail & Consumer Practice about how the survey came about, why physical stores will still exist, and the increase in online grocery shopping. Owen also talks about the four key trends that the survey noticed, other trends the survey noticed and the positives they noticed that have come out of the pandemic.
