One month to go for VHI customers to claim their cash awards for them and their family before the 1st September 2018

Vhi customers have less than one month to claim their cash rewards through www.vhi.ie/onlineadvantage. Vhi customers will be offered a one-off reward of €50 per adult policy holder who signs up for automated payments and a further €50, per adult (over 18) customer, if they opt to receive documentation online. Customers must register online before 1st September 2018 to receive their cash reward after the closing date of the 1stSeptember 2018.

For example

  • A single policy holder is guaranteed €100
  • A couple can claim up to €150
  • A family with two adult dependents over 18 could claim as much as €250

To claim the reward, customers will need to have details to hand such as their policy number and their banking details (BIC and IBAN numbers).

Mr Declan Moran, Director, Marketing and Business Development, Vhi said “This is a once off offer and we are encouraging those who have not yet availed of it, to do so immediately. In particular we are calling on families to register the details of all their dependants and see the cash reward increase. “

He added “With the introduction of GDPR there is now an onus on us to correspond directly with each insured adult over 18 years of age rather than just the policy holder. We hope that the Online Advantage campaign will help us collate contact details for all these customers, while at the same time making our customers’ lives easier by enabling them to do their business with us online.”

This is yet another step in Vhi’s exciting digital journey. Vhi launched the Mobile Health Assistance App earlier this year and it is designed to make it easier for Vhi customers to do business with them.  A number of new online services and access to digital medical supports are available on the App including Snap & Send Claiming, access to an Online GP, One to One Midwife service for Mums to be, access to a Nurseline 24/7 along with access to your policy information. New and exciting additional services and app innovations are planned in 2018.
