NodeConf Europe 2016 the key Node.js event in Europe starts this weekend

Node.js is still a popular programing language amongst developers because it’s speed, scalability, productivity make it very suitable for Web, mobile, and IoT apps.  Surprisingly with its popularity you don’t see it mentioned as much as you should and where do you go to meet up with other Node.js developers in Ireland?  Thankfully nearForm are able to help, as they have been organising and hosting Node.js events over the past four years.

In 2012 nearForm noticed how popular Node.js was in Ireland, and they decided to organise and host the first ‘Node Dublin’ event. Four years later, they are established as Node.js event specialists on a global level. The hallmark of these events is their democratic atmosphere, where industry giants and hackers alike become one community and collaborate in a positive learning environment.

The latest event they are organising and hosting is NodeConf, the key Node.js event in Europe, providing a forum for the Node.js community. With nearForm’s aim to deliver the highest quality talks, the most relevant workshops, and the most fertile, collegial atmosphere, ensuring attendees having the best conference experience possible. With NodeConf the aim is to create an environment where everyone can relax, share their stories and learn from one another.

NodeConf is taking place from the 16th – 20th October at Lyrath Estate, Kilkenny. Kilkenny is the neighbour of Waterford – the world’s new Node.js centre of excellence and home of nearForm. NodeConf EU is the networking event for Node.js developers, tech managers and CTO’s, as well as an awesome social event for everyone – including sponsors, partners and families.

All talks from the 3 day event will be streamed live so be sure to follow the conference on Twitter for all updates.
