New Pop Up Retail Spaces available at Pearse Street Station

Popertee have announced four new pop-up retail spaces available at Pearse Station. Companies can open a short-term retail venture in the station which attracts 25,000 commuters each day. This is Popertee’s first venture with Iarnrod Eireann and they are planning to roll it out to other stations in Dublin.

The spaces range from 12 sq.ft up to 108 sq.ft. and cost €1,000 per week to rent. Companies can rent them for a minimum of one week and a maximum of six months.

“This is an excellent opportunity for retailers and brands to get their products into one of the highest footfall locations in Ireland. The spaces are suited to a variety of businesses including florists, food, technology, fashion or brands looking to promote an upcoming festival or event. It’s a great way for companies to test their product in a short-term retail environment before committing to a long term location” says Lucinda Kelly of Popertee.

Popertee is a new Irish company specialising in matching potential pop up locations with businesses. The company currently has 100 properties available for pop-up ventures and works with property owners and asset managers at a variety of locations including Liffey Valley, Westend Retail Park and Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company.
