A new plug and play service that can be set up within four minutes is set to change the business phone market, according to Magnet Networks Ireland MD Stephen Brewer.
Irish businesses can wave goodbye to fixed single line rental costs with the launch of a revolutionary new €9.89 per month service from Magnet Networks.
Magnet Voice Essential is a cloud-hosted service operated from a mobile, landline or supplied softphone which is designed for single business users upwards at a price unavailable anywhere else.
Designed to simplify business communications, Magnet Voice Essential is delivered over a user’s current broadband – doing away with the need for the industry’s fixed single line rental costs of €20.96.
“We have started from scratch and reimagined a product based on actual business needs in 2018 – without any legacy industry charges or delays,” said Mr Brewer
“You simply apply online, receive a welcome email and on average it takes about four minutes to be up and running and making calls.
“The user chooses whether they use the Magnet Voice Essential app, a desk phone or a free softphone that we supply for use with a PC.
“And by being hosted in the cloud, the service is available worldwide, has in-built disaster recovery continuity and scales with your business from sole trader to enterprise level.”
The package is loaded with features designed to enhance user and customer experience including virtual receptionist, voicemail to email, real-time call reporting and ‘meet me’ conference calls.
It also comes with three-way calling, hunt groups and all standard digital features such as call forwarding, call transfer, holding, parking, speed dials, remote call pick up, do not disturb, last number redial, auto answer, automatic call back, attended and blind transfer.
The monthly cost of €9.89 ex vat includes 5,000 minutes to Irish and UK landlines and 100 minutes to Irish mobiles.
Magnet Voice Essential is operated in a world-leading data centre environment and delivered over Magnet Networks own fibre network.
There are no outsourced maintenance costs, the office portal can be controlled from anywhere and add-ons can be implemented when needed, at the flick of a switch.
