They help multinationals standardise their global payroll process, centrally manage their payroll with visibility & control and scale into new countries easily. So how did their business grow significantly during the current COVID-19 era with remote working? Ronan talks to Fidelma McGuirk CEO of Payslip about this and more.

Fidelma is the founder and CEO of Payslip, a global platform that automates the management of international payroll. Payslip enables HR Directors to consolidate global payrolls, achieve centralised reporting compliance and data protection and deliver useful insights and real control to the business.
Prior to Payslip, Fidelma spent over 18 years in HR and senior leadership roles with Eir and Taxback.com where as Head of Operations and CEO she scaled the company from 30 staff to over 800, servicing over 300k customers per year across 21 countries.
