ReganWall, the first Cork-based dedicated business law firm, today officially launched, with the announcement of the creation of six new roles over the next six months. This forecasted 100% growth is in direct response to increased mergers and acquisitions activity and corporate transactions nationwide.
ReganWall will offer a bespoke approach, delivering both in-depth legal counsel and strategic legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, investments, intellectual property and technology, and commercial contracts. This innovative offering has been developed in response to the increasingly complex challenges facing Irish businesses, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors. ReganWall is also breaking new ground by offering a transparent charging structure linked to the successful completion of strategic transactions.
Commenting on the firm’s forecasted growth, Managing Partner, Adrian Wall, said: “With increased M&A activity across multiple sectors, we saw a gap in the market for a dedicated business law firm with a truly modern approach, aligned with the business needs of our clients.”
“In particular, healthcare and life sciences companies with extensive intellectual property and blue-chip customer lists are being acquired or invested in by corporates and financial institutions with a global reach. We have significant experience of these types of complex transactions and a track record of delivering first-class results for our clients.”
Partner Kieran Regan added: “From speaking to entrepreneurs, we sensed a great deal of frustration regarding the over-specialisation of the larger firms. We are offering a different kind of lawyer, who is a trusted adviser across the corporate and commercial spectrum.”
“We are forecasting growth of 100% in the next six months and will be hiring dynamic lawyers with broad corporate and commercial experience.”
ReganWall currently employs six in their new offices in Cork’s City Quarter. The firm was founded by Adrian Wall and Kieran Regan. With over 25 years’ experience and having headed up the corporate department of a top 10 national law firm, Adrian is regularly rated by independent legal directories as one of Ireland’s leading corporate lawyers. Adrian has also been retained as principal outside counsel for a number of leading Irish businesses and multinational companies based in Ireland. Kieran is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive transactional experience, having advised on numerous investment and M&A deals.
ReganWall works with clients across various sectors throughout Ireland but has a particular strength in advising businesses operating in knowledge-based industries. Its clients include Zenith Technologies, which was recently announced as Cork Company of the Year, Mainline Group, a leading utility solutions provider and Ditchley Group, a healthcare group with facilities across Ireland.
