You may have noticed a change in the look of our twitter account, a curious globe like feel to things. We’re delighted to say after a healthy robust discussion and exchange of views over a short period of time, we are now able to unveil our new logo.
Since the site upgrade in January our views instantly quadrupled, with hits coming in from over 150 different countries around the world on a daily basis. Naturally once this happened we then moved onto the next step in our plans for a globally relevant presence (aka “Irish Tech News World Domination”). You may love, like, or still be thinking about what you think about our new logo design, but we know it is a logical step forward. If we could we would fit the whole of the world into the image then we would (perhaps that’s the next step) . For now though we are pleased to move out of soft launch and into telling the world about it!
The design was created by DotControl who are the parent company of Rockboost, the innovative growth hacking company who we recently featured here.
DotControl have been operating as a web development and creative design company for almost 12 years. The interesting thing is that RockBoost was born out of the need of DotControl’s existing clients. They would design a great website for a client but then they would want help with growth systems and marketing etc. So as with so many things in business, one good thing leads to another. Watch this space for more developments and thanks again for reading.
