Ireland Together, a thriving and supportive business community, announces a strategic partnership with Connect the Dots Insights to drive collective impact for its 300 members.
Connect the Dots, a stakeholder engagement firm based in Dublin & Philadelphia, will lead the ‘Collective Problem Solving’ strand of Ireland Together’s work. This will be focused on the strategic design, development, and delivery of online ‘think-tank’ style events. The partnership aims to bring business leaders together to approach common challenges and collectively develop short and long-term solutions to support resilience and recovery going forward.
The challenges that will be addressed are emerging from insight-gathering taking place on the Ireland Together platform. For example, 50% of professionals joining Ireland Together report communicating with customers as their current main challenge, followed closely by cashflow and financing.
“We believe that the careful engagement of all voices, in a collaborative, thoughtful way is critical when forming solutions to the challenges we are facing, and to moving forward. Now more than ever, we value listening and collaboration as a driver of trust. We want to build solutions that embed a sense of belonging and commitment in communities, where people know that their voices matter. This is how the most robust and resilient solutions are found: together” – Naomi Murphy, Director at Connect the Dots
“Our partnership with Connect the Dots enables us to leverage the knowledge and experience of our members to collectively solve our common challenges. Togetherness is central to Ireland Together, and is what we need now to move forward. We are very encouraged by the calibre, range of expertise, and the appetite for connection across our growing community.
By joining forces with Connect the Dots, we can develop an effective strategy that will consider diverse perspectives and can help these businesses at scale” – Joanne Griffin, Co-Founder at Ireland Together.
Ireland Together is a non-profit member group committed to finding innovative solutions to the economic challenges posed by COVID-19. Since its launch in April, over 300 business leaders from 27 counties have joined the platform.
