About Saving the Amazon
Saving The Amazon seeks to unite the global and local community in a campaign to combat the climate crisis by planting trees with indigenous communities in the most important ecological sanctuary on the planet, the Amazon rainforest. We were conceived in 2015 and since then have planted over 160,000 trees and worked with 18 communities in the Colombian and Brazilian Amazon. Each tree marked with the name of a person from all over the world to make them participant in our ecosystem restoration and uniting the world under the Amazon rainforest cause.
