HTC One M8s Unveiled

HTC yesterday announced the HTC One M8s which is basically an upgraded version of last year’s One M8The curved metal body design remains as does the 5” Full HD screen and HTC BoomSound via two front-facing stereo speakers.

“The HTC One M8s combines the quality ergonomics and design of the award-winning HTC One M8 with great sound and photo features to deliver an outstanding user-experience at a premium level,” said Peter Frølund, UK and Ireland Vice-President, HTC.

“What really sets the HTC One M8s apart is its design and build. We created the smartphone with comfort in mind – it’s not only a pleasure to look at, but also feels great and fits perfectly into the hand.”

The HTC One M8s features a 5MP front facing camera as well as a 13MP main camera. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Octa-Core processor which is supported by a 2840 mAh battery. 

The phone runs Android Lollipop 5.0 with HTC’s proprietary Sense 6.0 overlay and features such as HTC BlinkFeed.

The HTC One M8s comes with 16GB internal memory which can be expanded by a micro SD up to 128GB.

Availability

The HTC One M8s will initially be available in Gunmetal Grey From Vodafone starting next week with other operators to follow soon after. The phone will also be available from  htc.com at the beginning of April.
