Right on schedule, there has been several reports this morning of the Android 4.4.2 update hitting devices across Europe. As always this if for unbranded devices so network locked devices will have to wait some time longer. Much like Motorola now, HTC are becoming very reliable for delivering Android updates quickly.
The update is said to include important enhancements and bug fixes including:
- Cloud Printing
- Security enhancements
- New Bluetooth profiles
- Removal of Flash support from the browser
We’re not sure removing Flash support is actually an enhancement but that’s how HTC is calling it. There is no official timeframe for the roll out in each country yet but you should start seeing it appear in the coming days.
