How the Russian Ukrainian conflict sparked innovation in Ukraine’s tech sector, Oleg Panchenko

As we near two years since the Russian Invasion of  Ukraine, the resilience and adaptability of the nation’s tech entrepreneurs have become more relevant than ever. This period has not only tested but also showcased the strength and potential of Ukraine’s technological and capital infrastructure. One person who knows this all too well is Oleg Panchenko a serial Ukranian  entrepreneur and tech visionary. Ronan recently had a chat with Oleg.

Oleg Panchenko is a dynamic serial entrepreneur and a visionary in the tech industry, hailing from Kyiv, Ukraine. He founded and owns FreySoft, a custom software development and consulting firm recognised for its proficiency in various programming languages and technologies, catering to a global client base with bespoke IT solutions. 

Additionally, he established MakeDeal, a state-of-the-art recruitment automation tool aimed at optimising the recruitment process for job seekers and recruiters. Oleg’s deep understanding of the tech industry enables him to not only meet market demands but also pioneer new trends.
