How do you raise talent on Avocado Toast? Check out Disrupt HR this Thursday

Want to know how to raise talent on Avocado Toast or Ramen? Then Check out Disrupt HR. Disrupt HR is having its inaugural talk in the NDRC, Dublin, this Thursday evening the 5th of October.

DisruptHR is like TED talks but focused on the workplace and talent: how to recruit and manage people, and how to succeed as an employee, challenging the business and tech communities to think differently. Since being founded in September 2013, it’s been run with great success in the US and 23 other countries. 12 speakers each get 5 minutes and 20 slides max. It is a key event to attend for fresh ideas, for everyone involved in developing the workforce, from CEO to HR departments and business unit managers. With competition for talent set to increase as firms ramp up in Dublin in response to BREXIT, how will current Irish businesses retain, motivate and attract new talent?

Confirmed speakers include Amy Neale, VP MasterCard, Orla Graham, Chief HR Officer at Deloitte & Sinead Brennan, Director of HR at NTMA. It promises to be an eclectic evening with presentations ranging from “The Millennial Hypocrisy” to “Raising Talent on Avocado Toast or Ramen”.
