Government ministers visits big Irish company in the US

Voxpro is Ireland’s largest international provider of customer experience, technical support and sales operations solutions, and they partner with some of the world’s most exciting and disruptive tech organisations to support their customers by delivering world’s best customer experiences.

In November 2015, they opened their first US operations hub; its American centre of excellence in Folsom, California. This site scaled rapidly and grew initially to employ over 150 after only three months. The office has since grown to 236 employees – with capacity for an additional 154 being built with expansion space, and Voxpro is on the way to being one of the largest employers in the Folsom area.Last Tuesday Voxpro’s Managing Director, Aidan O’Shea welcomed the Tanaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality, Frances Fitzgerald to Voxpro’s California office in Folsom. In August 2016, they opened their second US operational site in Athens, Georgia, and they are building additional capacity space for 120 in an expansion at the iconic One Press Place Building.Last Wednesday Voxpro’s Chief People Officer, Christina Kenny, welcomed Irish Government Minister Michael Ring TD, Minister of State for Regional Economic Development and Shane Stephens, Consul General of Ireland in Atlanta to their Athens office. Photo Credit: AJ Reynolds
